CreativeMMS retains exclusive ownership and all intellectual property rights relating to of the code licensed through our marketplace. The Customer shall have a perpetual, non-transferrable, non-exclusive license to use these components on the number of domains for which a license has been purchased. All other rights thereto are expressly retained by CreativeMMS. Under no circumstances may the Customer assign, copy, resell, sub-license, distribute, export, or transfer any code to another person or entity without express written authorization of CreativeMMS. CreativeMMS may enhance technology components that have been licensed to Customer for use. CreativeMMS may also offer “upgrade licenses” for enhancements and upgrades to code components, themes and/or plugins, one time or on an ongoing basis. There may be additional costs for this upgrade license or usage licenses may grant the Customer rights to install these upgrades.
