How to Upload Images & Videos to Your Website

How to Add new Image/Video Files:

1. To get started in the WordPress dashboard, click on the “Media” section in the left side panel.
2. To upload a new image or video file click on the “Add New” button in the top left.
   
3. You have the ability to drag and drop media files into WordPress, or click on the “Select Files” button which will open a computer documents window for you to select a file.
4. After you have uploaded the media file, your updates to the Media Library will automatically save. This means that you do not have to worry about clicking an update button or closing out a window.

How to Delete existing Image/Video Files:

1. To get started in the WordPress dashboard, click on the “Media” section in the left side panel.
2. Find the image you want to delete in the media library grid and click on it, this will open a new popup window. From here click on the red “Delete Permanently” text button.
3. This will delete the selected image from your website.
