How to Add, Edit and Delete Media Files

How to ADD new Image/Video Files:

1. Navigate to the “Media” section in the WordPress dashboard.
   
2. To upload a new image or video file click on the “Add New” button in the top left.
   
3. You have the ability to drag and drop media files into WordPress, or click on the “Select Files” button which will open a computer documents window for you to select a file.
   
4. After you have uploaded the media file, your updates to the “Media Library” will automatically save. This means that you do not have to worry about clicking an update button or closing out a window.

How to DELETE existing Image/Video Files:

1. Navigate to the “Media” section in the WordPress dashboard.
   
2. Find the image you want to delete in the media library grid and click on it, this will open a new side window. From here click on the red “Delete Permanently” button text.
   
3. This will delete the selected image from your website.
