- To get started from the WordPress dashboard, navigate to “Appearance”>>“Menus” in the left side panel.
- Select the menu you want to edit by clicking on the “Select a menu to edit” dropdown and clicking on the menu name.

How to Edit Menu Items
- To edit a menu item, click on the dropdown arrow.
- This will dropdown a menu where you can edit the menu item’s label.
- After you finish making your updates to the menu, make sure to save your work by clicking on the “Save Menu” button.
How to Add New Menu Items
- To add a new menu item, select a page from the list in the left sidebar. You have the ability to select pages by the most recent, viewing a full list of pages, or by searching for the page by name.
- After you finish making your updates to the menu, make sure to save your work by clicking on the “Save Menu” button.
How to Remove Existing Menu Items
- First click on the menu item dropdown arrow.
- This will dropdown a menu, from here you want to click on the red “Remove” button text.
- After you finish making your updates to the menu, make sure to save your work by clicking on the “Save Menu” button.
How to Reorder Menu Items
- To reorder a menu item, simply drag and drop the item’s box in the list.
- After you finish making your updates to the menu, make sure to save your work by clicking on the “Save Menu” button.
